Goes the extra mile. Makes sure pharmacy has medicine prescribed. Apts made within a day. Waiting room is comfortable. Can get in & out 15-30 mins. Depending on your needs. Knows best specialists. Doesn't hesitate to give you lab test requisite. Makes sure you know how to get to referred doctor or lab. Will draw out a map to make sure you can easily get to referral destination. Just met doc yesterday. He’s amazing. Funny from the first second. Very good bedside manner. Extremely attentive and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed like I’m just another number. I look forward to many years with Dr Kaplan.
