If you are unfortunate enough to get injured at work, I IMPLORE you to get an attorney. It's a harrowing process for the layman. I had Jaqui Condon as my lawyer for a workmen’s comp case. My lawyer was very competent and diligent in their approach to the case. Their performance in the court case was outstanding and very professional. Lucky for me we won our case. Even if that hadn’t been the outcome I would still highly recommend them for anyone in a similar situation. I also felt the pay they received was also very reasonable for the work they put into the case.
