Would not hire Dr. Kaplan. I felt he did not have the empathy, and at times was and inconsistent. He did not seem to be interested to put adequate effort forth and consequently did not handle case in manor that it should have been. Long term medical effects are experienced and no recourse due to statue of limitations. Please seek assistance with another attorney that will be there for you and not the people that caused the injury/wrongful medical care. RecommendedAfter viewing their timeline posts, I find it very gratifying to find a law firm that has a "real" interest in health through good nutrition and a natural lifestyle.
I was thrilled to have found this law firm. They went above and beyond to help me understand my case, kept me up to date on the progress, and when we settled, I was very very happy with the outcome.
