This was a very disappointing experience. The firm comes across as cold and impersonal you don’t feel like a client they care about, just another file on the desk. They rarely respond to emails, forcing you to call if you want any kind of update. When you’re already stressed about a legal matter, this lack of basic communication makes everything harder.
