Although the process was protracted and not altogether smooth --too many "dropped balls" caused by staff turnover, unexplained delays, inadequate communication (phone messages and emails not replied to)-- the end result was EXCELLENT. I first heard Rae Kaplan being interviewed on WGN radio in Chicago. She was quite articulate and knowledgeable in the area of student loans and getting them resolved. My experience with her and her team was painless and efficient. I hope to never need her services again... but wouldn't hesitate to engage her and her team if needed.
This team is FANTASTIC! They helped me consolidate my Parent Plus loans a few years ago and just helped me recertify and move to another IDR type plan (based on the governmental changes). I so glad a paid a fee to have them help me instead of following what AI said to do. AI was wrong... go figure! Love the human to human conversation. I will keep using them for sure!
