Extremely disapointed in the care given my wife today, If could rate zero stars I would. Medical Coder was extemely dissmissive and rude to my wife on her way out the door, entirely belittling my wife's issue. FNP does not listen. Staff is rude. Will not be returning.

There's good and bad with everyone, and finding good service these days seems impossible, therefore I give 3 stars. I was feeling awful, but because I couldn't cancel within 24 hours, I pushed myself to keep my appointment. The NP had a trainee, unbeknownst to me, who I usually don't mind them observing, but what I DO mind is the looks they kept giving one another due to the issue I was having with this office's problems with my medication.
