Worked with Jeanine Oberster and her team at Kaplan, DiTrapani, Faria & Manin across both a purchase and a sale, and they were consistently responsive and easy to reach. Jeanine and paralegal Maria Gordils kept things moving with clear, prompt updates at every step, from contract issues to closing logistics. They handled inspection disputes and last-minute scheduling changes without friction. Overall a friendly, reliable team I'd gladly work with again.
This is the second time Michele has helped me, and once again, she was professional, patient, responsive, and truly cared about helping us every step of the way. She stayed on top of everything and consistently followed up with all the parties involved to make sure things kept moving forward, even while dealing with an urgent personal matter of her own. My experience working with Mara and Viviana was thorough, professional and responsive. I felt supported and protected during the process in closing on my new home. It didn’t matter the time of the day or time zone their communication was as prompt as it could be. Lastly, they did go above and beyond on certain occasions to support me and didn’t nickel and dime me. That says a lot about character and being focused on the client experience and getting to the desired result on closing on my home. Thank you!
If you are looking for someone you can trust that is quick and efficient, Matt DiTripani is your guy! His professionalism and dedication shows in every way. I cannot thank him enough for his guidance through a very new and exciting time. I highly recommend this team if you are looking for someone you can count on!
We worked with Michele and Viviana on our recent home sale. They made the process of our closing smooth and easy. We really were impressed with Viviana’s attention to detail and the speed of how she helped us with our sale: Michele was great with nailing down the details and closing.
