To be clear I'm referring to Kaplan, Kaplan & DiTrapani LLP, Syosset, NY. Not sure what they are referring to when they say, "our firm is not Kaplan & Kaplan, they are a different firm". On my refinance had to pay double per diem resulting in an extra $320 because other attorney processed payment 5 days late. Kaplan & Kaplan & DiTrapani, LLP had no backup on when the check was picked up so I could not dispute with bank.
Dawn Acevedo, Sabrina Nandalal, Poppy and the entire team are absolute professionals in every sense of the word.
