One of the worst experience ever. Had no consideration no bed side manners. he would never returned phone calls. Office best answer 9 time out of 10 was go to the hospital. almost 1 year later my father is trying to heal from what Dr Kaplan did not do right. " Kidney Stone Gone wrong" I rate Dr kaplan a 0
