Valentina from the Colony Oaks North Brunswick leasing office is the nastiest, most condescending woman I have ever met. She has 0 customer service skills and has been extremely rude on multiple occasions. She needs to go immediately and is driving so many people away from this property. Maintenance however is wonderful. David and Henry are the hardest working people I have ever met and make the complex bearable to live in.

These people are the greediest POS's I have ever lived under. every single year they raise rents the maximum they are legally allowed saying property tax increases. the property tax has raised 0.5% in the last six years and these greedy landlords raise it 3.7% EVERY SINGLE YEAR (legal max in north brunswick)

Horrific property management (not by the staff- by Kaplan). Nothing gets fixed properly because it’s “not in the budget.” Had a cabinet fall off the actual wall onto us, we frequently get sewer back ups and currently have water coming through my front door, my bathroom, and inside my bath tub. I was about to bathe my infant in that tub. I have a sliding door that hasn’t worked in two years and they refuse to fix it.
