Unprofessional, Unprofessional , Unprofessional. If I didn't sign a lease I would have walked right out of the building never looking back. She had the audacity to berate me saying its my fault they changed the lease move in date on me and i should have planned accordingly. The rudest women, that took everything in me to not tell her off. The whole time talking down to me and over me while im finishing the move in paperwork. We had a great experience living in this townhouse for 3 years! It was very comfortable and spacious, and having our own garage was a big plus. We never had any issues during our time there, and whenever we needed something fixed, the team was always helpful and quick to respond. Communication was smooth and professional throughout. Thank you for making our time there so enjoyable. We truly appreciated it!
