Where do I begin, first off there are security door always unlocked, my actual door was knocked on by some “pseg guy” how did they get in or even if they were real it’s a locked building. I have actual mold still growing in my bathroom even after I leave the door open and the fan on, even with their outrages light bill. They scraped it and painted it and it grows like crazy. Terrible experience, doesn't do proper screening and super high rental application just to get denied not worth your time
DO NOT MOVE INTO THEIR PROPERTY. THEY ALSO OWN KAPLAN COMPANIES. I've lived at their property for 3 1/2 years and although I provided them with a FULL move out video in which I left the apartment CLEAN and in GOOD condition, they REFUSE to give me back my security deposit. And You CAN'T speak to a REAL PERSON.
The new maintenance person is good. He's attentive and works hard.
