Our renovation was more of a rebuild. The entire house had to be gutted and restored as a result of a fire. The search for a general contractor itself was stressful and then we found Kapiti Built. The project ended up being a smooth and pleasant experience. Honestly this is because of Regan. He has excellent communication skills, is thoughtful, thorough and respectful. Truly appreciate his skill, knowledge, aesthetic, work ethic and team of people. Absolutely recommend Kapiti Built!
We purchased a house built by Kapiti Built and are extremely happy with the build quality and attention to detail. Regan at Kapiti built did a renovation on our master bathroom and we couldn't have been happier with the process and result! He and his team are exceptionally professional, patient and detail oriented. The finishing was impeccable and we are so happy with our bathroom. Regan and crew did a wonderful job of our home renovation. The quality of work and craftsmanship was strong and the crew were respectful and nice to have around! Regan was mindful of our budget constraints and provided thoughtful guidance on tradeoffs and recommendations. We have done several reno projects over the years and Regan and crew are the only ones we'd hire again.
