Totally A+++++ service from the beginning when requesting a free quote till today's repair job for 4 of our windows. Phone and email customer service from Lesley and Phil was smooth, quick and easy to understand. Ross our repairman today, was very professional but friendly and easy going especially as our 4 cracked / broken windows were not making it an easy job for him. Quoted amount was spot on. I called Kapi-Mana Glass in the morning in the first week back to work in early Jan, and they were fortunately open and operating. They were able to locate an estimate provided to my tenant from a couple of months ago and said the glass was in stock. They arranged the visit with my tenant that day and replaced the window glass straight away. The invoice was in my inbox on the same day. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the job got done. Would definitely recommend them.
