Dr. Scott Kapers is not trustworthy and the billing is handled by his wife Melissa Kapers who does her job in a disingenuous and disorganized manner. My mother, father and I were repeatedly given verbal statements of costs and then receiving bills that would be hundreds / thousands more for our various implant procedures, crowns. They don't stand behind the crown insurance they scam you into purchasing, they WAY overcharge, talk you into CARE CREDIT when they use up your insurance and I just had to have a crown/root canal removed that they put in incorrectly and now it's going to cost me $3000 for an implant. I wouldn't take a stray cat to them.
