June 22 2026 Very disappointing experience. While my trailer was being unloaded, a forklift operator hit and damaged my trailer. Initially, the person identified as the manager admitted the damage and told me to contact the company because he could not pay for it personally. Later, he changed his statement and claimed he was not sure whether he caused the damage. The company refused to provide insurance information or take responsibility for the damage.
