I’m writing this as I’m waiting to get my room. We came early to be told that we could not check- in earlier than 4, which I understand because check-in is at 4. What’s frustrating is that 2 other families were able to check-in before 4, as we sat and watched them be escorted to their rooms. I hope our stay gets better. So much for customer service!
