We love the rug we bought from Kaouds so much that I wanted to have it cleaned properly by them and they did a great job.
The ends of a rug purchased by my parents in Beirut in 1982 were severely frayed. Kaoud repaired both ends and carefully cleaned the rug in the time promised for a fair price. I was very pleased.
Very pleased with the rug cleaning service we received from Kaoud. Appointment was easy to complete and all details, including price, were explained up front. Pick up and delivery window was small so we didn’t have to wait around for hours for the drivers to around. They showed up when they said they would. Carpets were returned looking great.
