My girlfriend purchased an underarm treatment package, but my girlfriend only received two sessions. After that, it became extremely difficult to contact the business. They rarely answer calls or respond to messages, making it impossible to schedule the remaining sessions. I paid for the full package. Very disappointing experience, especially after paying for the full package. I do not recommend this business.
I texted her to make an appointment she won’t reply for days then says come on certain day and gives the times but when I ask for her address she doesn’t reply it’s been over a month still no reply from her. She has done this to me twice now. Worst customer service ever!! I wouldn’t recommend this place.
She was great. Very patient did a great job on my eyeliner.
Fantastic very friendly and accomodating. Great service overall.
