Don't go work there the place is not good they don't treat people good at all
Charge for services and they don't even see you. They have no funding for shelters and employees don't stay long. NE Kansas mental health care is devastating.
Great establishment that does tons for the community! In the last year Kanza has expanded their services to make themselves more accessible and offer more forms of help to those who need it.
If I had the option to NOT give a star I wouldn’t. Personally from my perspective as an employee and seeing consumers sides i HIGHLY would not recommend this place for employment or to seek services. The lack of communication, lots of turnover, and the audacity. When you try to report an incidental cause to HR, they say it’s not “reportable”… but then the next day the other individual can report without any problem.
