Worst customer service ever, I bought 2 tea sets and when I arrived home, I found one of the cups broken, and later while I was drinking my tea suddenly the handle slipped abd fell down on me with broken handle and the hot tea burn me ,when I contact them they apologize and they said to bring it back any time . Kanz home, is really Kanz!!! Brought so much happiness and joy to my home this morning when I received my parcels. What can I say, placed the order on Thursday and got it next day! The items were packed so carefully that you feel they really care about you, delivered safely and all in great condition. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kanz Home in Bankstown Central and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I entered the store, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Basma and Mariana at Kanz Home demonstrated an impressive knowledge of their diverse product range They attentively listened to my preferences and provided insightful recommendations tailored to my needs.
Worst customer service in the store they refused and harassed my mother when she wanted to change an item the glass was displaced and broken they started to fix it instore after he replaced the glass as we were walking out of the store the glass was out of place again it broke again at the store . AND they still continued to refuse to exchange the item it is very unprofessional and not safe as we always have kids at home and they still refused to change it.
