Dr Aiden and staff are excellent !!!
Disgusting staff. The negligence is unbelievable. The front desk is extremely nasty, and rude. Dr. Aiden chooses to lie and cover up for his staff instead of taking accountability when even his own receptionist admitted they made an error. Refusing to send my medication to my pharmacy and refusing to prior authorize a medication that is needed for anemia without actually giving me a reason when I asked why.
