Very professional but usually there's a wait.
We moved from Sydney a few years ago and had the good fortune to have found this practice and Dr Bemen Gadallah. Dr Gadallah is the most gentle and knowledgeable doctor we could ever have wished for. He quietly assesses our issues and provides sound medical advice second to none. Sure, it is common that as a patient you often have to wait to see the doctors at this practice despite a pre appointment time being set, but no doubt this is because the doctors take the time needed for each patient. The desperation for people to find local G.P's is highly apparent. After reading the reviews, you would not sent someone here to even have their basic temperature taken. I've been unfortunately having to come here for a few years due to a workcover injury (which my regular G.P wont accept as they don't do workcover). The wait times are insane, what is even more insane is the fact that there's not actual appointment times - you get given a time to call the clinic to ask how far behind they are........
