Very dismissive, did not try or care to address my concerns. Worst on call experience I’ve ever had. Kept asking why I did not call my primary instead of trying to help.
She was my doctor, she is a good doctor,and very smart, mashallah.
Nothing against the doctor, but they also charged me with a missed appointment. Person mentioned its on paperwork for a year out, never received email reminder although they said they sent it. Wont be back.
I had no idea who this Doctor was before I chose, I don't recruit doctors for a living and therefore I'm about as far removed from being an expert as one gets on choosing? Dr. Khan is my doctor and a person's gender should never matter regarding their abilities. What matters is how you feel, how you're listened to, how your health issues are managed and prescribed for. Faulty appointment reminder system ,we didn't get any annual appointment reminder which was taken a year back . And are charged with missed appointment fee, after we took an new appointment days later. Staff supervisor is very un-cooperative. I would not take any future appointments... !!
