Would give zero stars if possible. I have never spoken to a ruder provider. He does not look at healthcare as a partnership. He interrupts and speaks over us when describing symptoms. Immensely unprofessional. After he interrupted the second time, we asked if we could finish what we were trying to say and he literally raised his voice and started yelling. I had been a patient here and initially appreciated the care, but I was deeply disappointed by how I was treated recently during a time of serious illness. I was in Waltham, far from the office, experiencing severe ear pain, bleeding, and facial pain. I called the office for help, but since I couldn’t physically get to Stoneham and was in excruciating pain, I had no choice but to go to a nearby urgent care. I am in disbelief at how rude this dr was to me. I went and met with him and after getting my bloodwork back I saw some abnormalities and asked him about them. He told me “he didn’t know what they were because the lab did not tell him”. Obviously I was concerned and asking questions. He told me maybe I should find a new dr. It’s really sad because I had to wait 6 months to see him due to being a new patient. Don’t go here.
Staff turnover is terrible. I overheard him yelling at his staff and calling them names.
He is rude and condescending, especially to women!! He is not my doctor and NEVER will be, he was taking over for my mom's doctor, whom we all loved after she left due to the way she was treated by him! I called the office for my 90-year-old mom to get her meds refilled. I explained that I had surgery and was unable to drive her in to see him at that time but would be able to take her in two weeks.
