Rude and nasty lady
Form the first visit, Dr Kantorovich was very helpful. I was confused about some of the lab results and how they would affect me moving forward. She took her time to go over what it meant for me and what I would need to change in my daily routine. With so much going on and an hour drive to the office m I completely forgot what was discussed at the office. When i called back, I left a message for the doctor to call me back. She left the place in December 2019 I was not notified and she was my dr for 5 years or more I was and am very upset at the first choice company, the staff are very rude and do not care about anything !
The whole place is very rude. they stopped answering my calls. Dr.Kontarvich tries to rush you out her office and she doesn’t listen/take you serious half the time.
Rude, Disrespectful, not willing to listen to your problems. when I was going through radiation treatment for cancer, I had really bad infection. My oncologist wanted me to go to primary care physician for infection so I made an appointment with her thinking she would prescribe me something for infection, when I got to her office, a nurse came out to tell me that she refused to even take a look at me and I should go back to surgeon.
