My children have been patients at this practice for nearly 10 years and I’ve NEVER experienced such an unpleasant visit until today! Please note, the front desk receptionist was very pleasant but the other (younger) woman who escorted us to take my daughter’s vitals and the nurse practitioner we very unprofessional. Since my daughter is a tween, I asked would I need to stay outside of the examination room, the younger woman loudly responded “We’ll let you know if we need to kick you out”!
