For some reason, this guy can't fill out fmla paperwork right to save his life. Major inconvenience when I need it to go to my chemo treatments! I explained everytime how to fill it out the way my employer needs it, but lately I been having to play fax machine tag with them for them to get it right to the point I had to open another case, because the time window ran out. It's like he's playin games or something. Completely unacceptable!
Always get appointments , recommendations, referrals, in a timely written manner .Always get writen cerified copies of the record they creat so to make sure its correct and true .That it contains the patient s concerns letters and request for corrections should included in the patient's copy of the record..Records are very important. People, other possible health care providers judge a person by whats written about them Its called perception management.
