I chose Kanteen to cater for my wife's 40th Birthday celebration in Sacramento. Vishwas took time to have multiple conversations around our needs and wishes , Kanteen gave us a curated menu which had some lip smacking Indian fusion appetizers . Dinesh made the catering planning part of our wedding such a breeze- from our initial meeting to finalizing our menu to his execution on the day of. His communication and attention to detail was impressive. We wanted a traditional Mexican cuisine but with a modern twist, and that is exactly what we got. My partner and I are planning a wedding, and as he is Indian, we were hoping to have an Indian caterer. Vishwash and Dinesh are relatively new to the scene, but they are accommodating, intelligent, and creative people. It was really refreshing to see a new comer trying to pay homage to traditional flavors as well as add some tasteful modern flair. We had the best Mexican Fiesta Dinner from Dinesh - Kanteen Foods for my daughter’s wedding mehndi party! The drinks, salads, hors d’oeuvres, condiments/salsas, entrees and desserts were so flavorful, fresh and delicious! To add Dinesh set up the buffet spread beautifully for us and all our guests loved the food! Thank you Kanteen Foods!
