Google has them opening at 8:00 a.m. they don't. Four braiders arrived at 9:30 a.m. and then 4 more trickled in and then 4 more trickled in...by noon there were twelve braiders. Nice atmosphere. Nice braiders. It's clean and well lit inside. I didn't use the restroom. The braiders are fast and efficient. I will use them again. Another thing...there's no price list posted. honestly the used to be the best in hornlake, after my experience today 9/30/25. i will never be a returning client. it was good while it lasted.
If I could give a 0 I would. I use to get my hair braided here years ago with no problems. Recently my granddaughter visited from out of town and wanted her hair braided. This place has done a 360. Walked in to make an appointment for the next day, everyone looked at us up and down and said nothing for at least 5 minutes. Finally made the appointment for 9:30 the next morning.
