honestly the used to be the best in hornlake, after my experience today 9/30/25. i will never be a returning client. it was good while it lasted.
If I could give a 0 I would. I use to get my hair braided here years ago with no problems. Recently my granddaughter visited from out of town and wanted her hair braided. This place has done a 360. Walked in to make an appointment for the next day, everyone looked at us up and down and said nothing for at least 5 minutes. Finally made the appointment for 9:30 the next morning. I just left my appointment! I arrived and sat in the chair at 6:45am didn’t leave until 5pm. I received small waist length knotless braids(which I love, hence the reason I gave 2 stars). The things I didn’t care for, one of the Braider’s has a baby that she brings to work running around the place, touching people, crying uncontrollably. I’m all for a mother doing what she has to do, but with all the hair and hair accessories on that floor, I couldn’t work because I be so concerned for my kid safety. This is my first time here and I am not disappointed with the results. I am disappointed with the way I was treated during my whole appointment.i walked in and was looked up and down, I was told to sit down and I waited over an hour to be braided. I was told the lady who would do them was running late so i waited and when she walked in, the lady who was the number one looking at me bad, said something in french and the lady who was supposed to do my braids denied doing them.
