I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. For one, the owner completely forgot about my appointment, and told me no one could do my hair. I should’ve taken that opportunity to leave. She then said she will call someone. I paid $300 for what I requested as micro twists, and the results were nowhere near what I expected. Poor communication, no cleanish environment
The Owner Kante is the sweetest. She value her work. She makes sure all clients are in great hands. If she senses something isn’t right she makes it right. I love that about her. I come here all the time.
