I did not find any issues in my 3 appointments with Dr. Kantamani. She's pleasant, asks questions, visit examination good. No issues in visit or staff. The gentleman assistant is pleasant and very helpful.

I have been with this doctor for fourteen years and I called to schedule a follow up doctor appointment and not only was her front desk receptionist “Rude” he hung up in my face. I called back later on that evening and as i briefly advised him on who I was he disconnected the line again. Super unprofessional and very disappointed that she has hired someone of the statue to work in her facility.

I have known Dr.Kantamani for many yrs.And briefly the new office staff seemed not to have her best interest.I have seen her several times since that staff was replaced and now with new staff the visits returned to being awesome.She is a very good and caring md.I will continue to go to her with all my medical needs

The Dr. Kantamani is nice and cordial. She is efficient. But I can't say the same for her staff. They are very inefficient, ill-mannered, with poor etiquette. They keep you holding on phone for several minutes. The staff is earning bad name to the Dr here. The success of business depends on the front-end staff. They are poorly chosen form third rate hiring agency, the business is suffering. Patients pay lot of money to the Drs in consultation.
