Can't say enough about Alex Brown at Concordia Kansasland. The guy is absolutely amazing. I have been having the same problem with my Ford Escape for years and have had it looked at by multiple other places, including two Ford dealerships. Everyone was charging me a premium, but no one was actually FIXING IT. This locationโs entire staff was amazing. My wife and I drove our 1996 Supra and we experienced the car pulling all a sudden so I pulled into this shop to have my alignment checked out. The entire staff was welcoming and great to do business with. They went way beyond the call of duty to help me as I was out of town.
