Can't say enough about Alex Brown at Concordia Kansasland. The guy is absolutely amazing. I have been having the same problem with my Ford Escape for years and have had it looked at by multiple other places, including two Ford dealerships. This location’s entire staff was amazing. My wife and I drove our 1996 Supra and we experienced the car pulling all a sudden so I pulled into this shop to have my alignment checked out. The entire staff was welcoming and great to do business with. They went way beyond the call of duty to help me as I was out of town. Had a recap semi tire come apart in 90 degree heat with 100 head of pigs on board. They worked fast to get me back on the road and hosed down the pigs to help keep them cool. Couldn't ask for better service or better people.
Very good people were in a retal and both rear tires blew out and the were supper helpfully got us on the road supper fast
