I cannot say enough good things about this business. I was in the middle of a cross-country move from Washington State to Florida when I woke up one morning after staying at a hotel and noticed my tire pressure had dropped below 20 PSI. My tires normally run around 38 PSI, so I knew something was wrong. I immediately started panicking because I was hundreds of miles from home, traveling alone, and still had a long drive ahead of me. Actually 0 Stars! Took my 2018 Altima in to have the a/c serviced it wasnt blowing cold air. They told me the compressor was bad. Charged me $100 to check it out. Took it in the next week to have the a/c compressor replaced and while they were at it replace the serpentine belt. Another $1200 for the a/c compressor and $160 for the belt replacement ($100 for the belt $60 labor. Same belt at Auto Zone is $32) which they would of r & r for the compressor work anyway. Total so far $1360. After a week or so the a/c was back to ju... read more

Traveling from Denver to Atlanta our minivan was having serious electrical charging system issues. We were basically stranded on the side of I-70 a few times before we limped to Salina. KansasLand absolutely saved our van and trip by going ABOVE and BEYOND service levels LATE on a Friday afternoon when we were beginning to think all hope was lost. The best customer experience I’ve had in decades!! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

If I could give this place one star, I absolutely would. We went there five different times trying to get our car fixed, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Our car is still having issues, and throughout the process they failed to communicate with us about what was actually going on. We were often left in the dark with no clear updates or explanations. On top of that, they performed work that we did not authorize or ask for, which only added to the confusion and frustration. Now, four weeks la... read more
