Casey Reyes has been the front desk man for a several times I have gone into get my oil changed. I called with an hour and a half before close and asked if I could get an oil change in before the end of the day and he graciously invited me to come on down. Everytime I’ve interacted with him he’s been professional and courteous. I need a new air filter and he brought the old one to me and showed me how bad it was rather than simply telling me I needed a new one. Great service and atmosphere, handled all my needs almost immediately. Customer service top notch!
Created an appointment two weeks in advance for supposedly 8am, by 3 or 4pm they still didnt start looking at it. If they cant do it that day why say its available they seem to take any walkin that shows up above appointments.
