It was not a good experience, after tire repair damaged the sensor, there was no accountability for it. Was told next service would be on them, but the manager tried to blame anyone but their store. I left frustrated and very angry. Will not go back.
Horrible experience. Had appointment at 2 P.M for Four new tires and oil change. Didn't have the tires. Asked them to do the oil change. 3:30 P.M and vehicle was never moved.
Dont go here if you're a woman. They overcharged me and didnt do all the work, it took my boss ( a man who was the owner of the vehicle) calling them to admit they made a mistake. When I called the "manager " (he claimed to be over the phone) he said i was wrong it didnt happen and was upset with me for being mad.
My tire went flat, riding a donut. They got me right In. Friendly and super fast!
They actually didn't do anything for me cuz my tire ended up being too damaged to patch it needed replaced lol but they were polite & didn't charge me for anything so I would definitely shop here again. I have only had good experiences at every Kansasland tire establishment I've been to so they are worth giving them your business or at least in my opinion.
