I went to four different shops trying to find the right tires for my car before finally stopping at Kansasland Tire & Service in Great Bend — and I’m glad I did. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they also took care of a front and rear alignment for me. Got a quote the day before went in got oil change fuel filters on 6.7 Cummins. Charged me 105 more than the quote. Lie and dishonest do not trust

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. I first called to ask about the cost of repairing a thermostat, but the staff told me I needed to bring it in for an estimate. When I arrived around 9:30 AM, they chose to help other customers first. When it was finally my turn, I already knew the part that was likely causing the problem, but instead of giving me an estimate, they told me they were too busy and would call me back. It was not a good experience, after tire repair damaged the sensor, there was no accountability for it. Was told next service would be on them, but the manager tried to blame anyone but their store. I left frustrated and very angry. Will not go back.

Horrible experience. Had appointment at 2 P.M for Four new tires and oil change. Didn't have the tires. Asked them to do the oil change. 3:30 P.M and vehicle was never moved.
