Great service and friendly staff!!
I brought my company truck in today for an oil change and Brian, Daved, and crew couldn’t have been better to with. They were friendly, conversational, prompt and more helpful than most people in the service industry, 2025. It reminded me of going to a good, old fashioned, mechanics shop back when I was a kid. They went above and beyond to repair a mistake from a prior mechanic that I was suspicious of, and had me safely back on the road within the hour. I highly recommend this Kansasland Goodyear shop!
THIEVES. I made an appointment to have an alignment done on my truck. My wife took it in as I was working. Got the truck back and everything seemed good. A day later as I was leaving work I noticed the special valve stem caps I had on the truck were missing, all 4 had been replaced with cheap plastic caps. My wife called them and went to the shop. The service manager went into the shop and came back with all 4 caps, thankfully. We were offered no explanation or apology as to why these were stolen off my truck. They are lucky... read more
Great service, knowledgeable team. They are honest and helpful. Treat you like they would treat their own family. They replaced our alternator over Thanksgiving and got us in and out on the same day and back on the road. Pricing seemed reasonable / competitive.
