I never received anything saying insurance didn't pay. And they also said they didn't have anything. Left a message to get claim number.. called yall lawyer and they don't have it. Or the collection company yall used. I'm want to get this handled. Even with me canceling in a timely manner and still getting billed. Still would like to get it taken care of in or out of court for the $216. Just want to make sure insurance didn't pay . So if you can reply by sending me the claim number. I had a positive experience at Heartland. Effective program and the staff were always pleasant. I do believe the cost for the body composition test was pricey, but otherwise no complaints about their service. Unfortunately they moved their location, which after while forced me to switch my care to another clinic closer to home and work.

I have been on my journey with Heartland Weight Loss for a year and a half and have lost 38 pounds. The staff has been so supportive and have worked with me to create a life style that works for me. I could not be more grateful for them and look forward to continuing my journey for the rest of weight loss and beyond.
