Camping near Lawrence Ks. Discovered I had 2 broken Shackle straps. Contacted Eagle trailer repairs after hours. Got me in the next morning, and had me repaired by noon. Thanks to Kevin for getting me in so fast. Thanks even more for Alfonso T. for repairing problem and repairing more issues that I could have had in the future.
Kevin is knowledgeable, took time to explain the problem, give advice for the future and was quick to help us with our issue. I really appreciate this team!
