Beware of shops that charge by the hour and are inconsiderate of people's time and money. We got a semi-trailer fixed but were never even asked about the materials. Job ended up costing almost double of what was originally quoted and on top of that the bill was not itemized and had to be corrected cause of a mistake almost charged us another hour for something that was their responsibility. what a rip off.
Stopped in for emergency repair. They did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it.. Above and beyond , I'll bring my business back here .

Camping near Lawrence Ks. Discovered I had 2 broken Shackle straps. Contacted Eagle trailer repairs after hours. Got me in the next morning, and had me repaired by noon. Thanks to Kevin for getting me in so fast. Thanks even more for Alfonso T. for repairing problem and repairing more issues that I could have had in the future.
