I have worked for Tramec Plastics for a while now. Tramec is a large organization but this location has maintained (in a good way) a small company vibe; my managers really seem to care. One thing I really like about Tramec is their desire to promote within. Tramec cares about their employees and their customers as they have a focus on safety and quality. A++

In 2021 I was employed from January until august, I had put in my two weeks notice because I was going to have my baby in a couple weeks. I made it a week in and Jason ( first shift manger) had made a comment “when is her SAFETY BABY DUE” all because I had to use the bathroom. Mind you I was 8 almost 9 month pregnant.
