The security guy that answered the phone was extremely rude, I was calling about a load that I was picking up from there and I’ve never been met with such disrespect from a person that I don’t even know.

The Address should be 18451 W Montrose Street, and it is also not Pepsi/Gatorade or the new Amazon, those are all next door. The guards are going to start charging for directions, so if you don't already know what you are doing here while you have a load, please take a moment to find yourself before you barrel through Stop Signs and make everyone work around you.
