We went to their Lenexa showroom. The person that finally looked up from her cellphone to greet us was not very knowledgeable. Many of the drawers in the displays did not open easily. The “greeter” never did check with us to see if we had any questions or if she could help us. As we were leaving, we heard her talking to someone on her phone about having “gotten the invitation”. A very unprofessional business...doesn’t take long to rule them out.
Contracted them to do our granite counter tops and tile back splash. They advertised a backsplash package for $700. My package was bumped up to $800 due to size, fine. They advertised they would tear out the existing tile, repair the drywall and then re-install new tile. When the CONTRACTED tile setter showed up he did not cover ANYTHING in my house.
