Josh Zarse saved me from taking a horrible plea deal after I was misinformed by a court appointed lawyer that I could not complete diversion outside of Kansas. Josh directed me to the district attorney’s office and guided me through the diversion process. Now I have the opportunity to live outside of Kansas and avoid a felony charge. This is a big deal.
