Absolutely horrible, the phone system is terrible.The options are very unclear.\nI was calling to make a payment it said all operators are busy and hung up on me. We pay a 124 million a year in tax dollars for Israel, for thir health care and they can't even provide a phone system that will answer my calls. So i can even pay my bill.

Lousy service, always on hold, they must have 1 person answering the phone. It’s a shame they can’t employ more people and buy more phones. Absolutely ridiculous.

Is this place even open? Are people actually working there? I called repeatedly, but like other people, I have not spoken to a human, or a machine, because the call hangs up. I've been waiting on my tax refund for 4 months now. Please pay my money as soon as possible.

They don’t even pick up the phone. They took many out of my account with no warning. Their system doesn’t work and is outdated. Absolutely horrible use of my tax dollars. You call them, then go to the right department, only for no one to be on the line, no one putting you on hold, and no voice mail box. The call just ends. Absolutely horrendous use of my taxes!!!
