Phone wait times is terrible. Waited 2 hours just for it to hang up
I have never had to wait so long for my state refund check to come! I understand that sometimes it could take longer than other times! So I call the department of revenue just to see what's going on!? Like is there something that is happening nationwide? Or what? The lady tells me that it is in the system and is processing! Ok well for years I have always gotten my state first before federal! So all she could tell me is that it is processing! Couldn't tell me why it's still processing after 3 weeks!? The worst customer service experience of my life. Was treated like I was stupid because I couldn't afford paying in full, and I'm reluctant to not be able to eat or pay bills. I got laid off of my CSR job, so I know how stressful it can be, but I never took my misery out on my callers like she did. Perfect example of how to be a horrible CSR. I almost wanted to snap back at her, but I decided to be the better person. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Can I opt out of my tax dollars going to this person?
Trying to get my license reinstated. Their website doesn’t work, their call tree has no options for licenses and no one picks up the phone during normal business hours
