Useless. We were victims of identity theft. Cops did nothing, we had to find all evidence and turn it over to them. Then we had to provide evidence and proof so they could prosecute. We were awarded restitution. The crimal never paid. When we called the DA's office for help, they refused to help and said they were done with the case, if we wanted our money we would have to sue the person who stole our money and identity.
