I was recently rear-ended with damage to the rear bumper and hatch of my SUV. Kansas Coachworks did an excellent job on the repair. Not only was the work done before the date promised, the paint appears to be a perfect match and all trim pieces seem installed exactly right. I met Cathy, the owner, when I dropped off the car. After my vehicle was ready I had to return 3 times for multiple issues that should of being addressed during repairs. In addition to that I had to purchase some new parts from dealer and install them myself because some plastic tabs were broken when Kansas Coachworks reused original parts. I found scuff marks and scratches in some areas near the repair. And finally some trim was not available and check I was promised to get for it is still out there somewhere...
