i always feel listened to & taken care of here. staff is wonderful!
I am shocked by the front desk and the nurse, extremely rude behavior. Arriving at 250pm for a 3pm appointment. I know there are some delays. When I ask at 310pm how far behind schedule they are, I am pretty much mocked and told just a few minutes they’re coming up. 320pm I ask again in case I need to reschedule. The front desk said they walked back and any time now. The nurse comes out about two minutes later, I ask about anticipated wait time when I’m back there due to a 4pm appointment to get my daughter to. The nurse sai... read more
