I’d give zero stars if I could. On 7/11/2025, I went to the women’s clinic in Belton for abnormal (vaginal) bleeding. I was sodomized by the ultrasound tech. I immediately reported this to the nurse manager of the clinic. I filed a complaint with the ethics and compliance hotline and my report was substantiated. I filed a police report with the local authorities. I was demeaned, screamed at, hung up on, and ignored by the staff when I was attempting to settle this matter. If I could leave no stars I would. First off called for an appointment as a new patient and they said they'd call back. Took a week to recieve a call for that. Then unfortunately I started bleeding before my appointmentment. Called them and spoke to triage and they said they'd have someone call. No return call. Called later that day and no response just voicemail. Left a voicemail and still no return call. Called again next morning and triage went straight to voicemail. Best experience I've had with a medical office, and especially women's health, in a long time. Every staff member was courteous and friendly, and I was treated like a person from beginning to end. Also excellent follow up etiquette. It's a little far for me to go, but it's worth it. I'm glad they are here.

Very nice experience with all the medical staff. They took the time with any questions or concerns that I had. I heard & read positive reviews about them and agree, I would recommend to others.
