I was diagnosed with prostrate cancer in Jan 2020. I paid out of network prices to go to KCUC. My surgeon was awesome. However, everything in between has been an absolute disaster. I have been trying to get a prescription that the doctor prescribed on Nov 6 th for over 3 months now. His Nurse is actually blocking me from talking to him. I was lied to when I made my appointment, I asked if they could treat a certain condition and was told yes, when I got there, they do not treat that condition, the doctor was uncaring and rude, they did an unnecessary test while I was there and the office manager will not return my calls, save yourself time and money, don't go there!
