yellow cab are incompetent morons , would rather walk to the airport. Almost missed my flight due to the fools. Reserved a cab the day before and somehow they self cancelled it ,,,,,,you'd think these idiots would have gotten it right by the third try,,,,,,,,I wish there were a way to take a star instead of giving one
Never will take a cab from this company again! Horrible customer service! Asked to speak to a supervisor and they transferred me to someone in Jacksonville, Florida who had no clue about any of Kansas City transit groups! HORRIBLE MONOPOLY HERE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Called repeatedly no answered eventual someone picked up and hung phone up schedule a ride online but got not call for confirmation. So hope driver doesnt show i wont answer rude company.
This morning this driver drove off while I was trying to talk with him about my son and I am PISSED! I hate beeing treated like crap by a company in which you pay for there service....... NEVER will I oder a cab from here again!!!! And stop letting people who arent people persons work for your company! All help isnt good help!
.Waited an hour for a cab this morning when I was told would be 10mins. Called 5 times and every time got told to call back in 7 minutes. When the cab finally got there the driver was rude and all he could say was "well you know." I asked for his name and he refused to give it then proceeded to call me back to the cab to flip me off and yell "F U ". I called to talk to a supervisor.A reimbursement was not offered.
