This place killed my mother. Please do not put your family member in here. It needs to be shut down. The neglect and not knowing what in the hell they are doing is unbelievable. They kept telling me my mother did not have CDIFF infection when every nurse doctor that walked in her room and quarantined her like she did...told me she did not have it. My mother died from having this infection her body 2 weeks ago....she also came home and had 2 broken bones in her back. This is not over yet by any means but I have to let people ... read more

If you can find another place within a hundred miles.......go there! KCTCC has a staff of two on a daily basis. This means that no one comes when called for a minimum of 20 minutes if at all. The CNA staff doesen't know the patients nor their requirements because the previous staff leaves no notes nor instructions. If you call to talk to a floor nurse, your call is likely to be dropped or just never answered. KCTCC is a new but filthy facility where your relatives can go to sit without care or concern from the staff.
