I called Yellow Cab 9.5 hours in advance for a ride to work the next morning. I asked for a cab to pick me up at 7:10. I was told that they could not guarantee 7:10 because of delay time. So I asked that the cab come at 7:00 because I have a boss who does not tolerate tardiness for any reason. This morning I woke up and got ready for work. I enjoy using Yellow Cab. They are always on time and they provide great service. I never have to wait on the phone when i call. The cab drivers are always pleasent!
I have never heard of a business that is as low and mistreating of there employee's like this one. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
