I CLICKED ON. 'WEBSITE'. AND IT TOOK ME TO A WEBSITE FOR A COMPUTER BUSINESS. I TRIED MANY TIMES. THEN I WENT TO ANOTHER SITE THAT OFFERED KANSAS CITY TAX MEDIATION LLC's WEBSITE, I CLICKED ON IT AND WENT TO THE SAME COMPUTER BUSINESS SITE. THIS IS NO WAY TO GET CUSTOMERS OR NEW BUSINESS FOR TAX MEDIATION. AND THEN.....I STARTED LOOKING FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR KCTM, THERE IS NONE. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS????

Been doing my taxes here for about 3 or 4 years. Great place to get them done! Very friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend them. Crystal is the best!

great company helped me get a 12 year old tax problem resolved with no issues or problems and great pricing compared to some national companies they were all very professional and knowledgeable will be using them for my taxes from now on

I went to KC Tax mediation as soon as I received the IRS notice. I met with Scott and he went to work on my case that day! In no time at all he was able to get a handle on my case and resolve my problems. The best thing about this experience was there was upfront information as well as updates all through the process. I felt very at ease and was confident in their efforts. He did exactly what he said he would. Highly recommended!

I have used the "so called big tax companies", and paid big money too,and never got my tax problem resolved, they just waned more money. I heard Kansas City Tax Mediation's commercial on the radio, so I said to my self can't hurt. So I called. Boy was I surprised, I made a appointment I sat face to face with Scott, and in 1 hour he solved my problem with the IRS, and at a fraction of the cost.
